Research On The Regulation Of Scenic Spots And Historic Sites Ticket Price In China

At the end of2004,the ticket price of many world heritages and national scenicspots and historic sites has been increasing a lot. In2005year,many scenic spot andhistoric sites improve the price of ticket in another round,and this year is beingcalled”Adjusting Year” by the people of tourism.High price of the ticket not only makesocial welfare lose but also reduce efficiency of resource allocation,and it is not good forthe healthy development of tourism.Based on government regulation theory,this articleanalyzes the technique feature of certainly public good,scenic resource,which call forgovernment regulation.Then the author analyzes the fact of scenic spot ticket price fromthree aspect，for example，regulation target, price department,social supervision and so on,while the problem in it and the cause of the problem.At last, the author bring suggestionof making scenic spots ticket price,which is based on foreign regulation experience.This article total has five chapters:Chapter One is introduction,which describes the practical meaning and theory,thesituation of national and international study.Chapter Two，analyzing the basement of the ticket,and the factor that influence theticket price,and the reason why the ticket price should be regulate and the situation ofscenic spots’ regulation.Chapter Three, is analyzing the problem in the situation of scenicspots’regulation,for instance,the invalid in the law.Chapter Four, is analyzing the reason why there are problems in the situation ofscenic spots’regulation.Chapter Five, describe America and Italy’s situation of the regulation,and comparethe the regulation of ticket price between China and foreign countries,introduce theexercises of the regulation of foreign countries.Chapter six, the author give some suggestions.
