Fund Company has developed for almost13years in China. However,compared with that in developed countries, Fund Company in China is still in the initial stage of development. As we all know, FundCompany is the typical knowledge-intensive and talents-oriented enterprise. Therefore, it must pay more attention to its core resources-talents. The competition among fund companies is all for talents. Nowadays, the fund industry competition becomes more and more intense. As one of the ten oldest fund companies, in order to allocate human resource efficiently and effectively, GH Fund must attach more importance to appropriate human resource management while center on its goal at the same time.Proceeding from the background and meaning of the topic, this thesis uses the theory of human resource management, and is based on the questionnaire survey taken in the GH Fund to analyze the topic. First of all, it presents an overview of GH Fund, and analyzes the company’s organization structure and personnel structure. Secondly, with questionnaire survey method and qualitative&quantitative methods,this thesis analyzes the present situation and existing problems of practice of GH Fund’s human resource management in the following aspects:foundation of human resource management, planning, training, performance evaluation and incentive plan of human resource management. Finally, combining all present situations of GH Fund’s human resource management, the thesis optimizes all the processes,such as planning, training, performance evaluation and incentive plan,and proposes following appropriate solutions for dealing with the existing problems:(1) Establish people-oriented human resources management conception,and explore the appropriate model of human resources management to adapt the development needs of DH Fund.(2)Develop strategic planning of human resource, optimize the model of recruitment, introduce tools of talent assessment, and recruit person who has the same goal as the company.(3)Strengthen the planning of short-term, mid-term and long-term training, develop more forms of training, strengthen the evaluation of training effectiveness, and lead employee to make their own career plannings.(4)Use Balanced Scorecard to establish fair and reasonable performance assessment system and optimize the function of the result of performance assessment. (5)Optimize the internal equity and external competitiveness of compensation, standardize and refine the company’s welfare system with menu type welfare plan, and optimize and improve the incentive method of DH Fund.The author bases on the practical work experience, analyses and optimizes every model of DH Fund’s human resource management and proposes related countermeasures and suggestions. This thesis is meaningful for the improvement of practice of human resource management in GH Fund. It could be a reference for companies in Chinese fund industry, and gives advice to counterparts when they face similar problems.
