The training is an extremely important aspect of the work of human resource management and human resource development. Meanwhile, many companies believe that training is an investment-no matter how many people repeatedly emphasized that training is an investment-they can not change the reality that the training must be the real money to spend. There are no companies which are willing to spend money on training without deserve revenue. In other words, the training must have to be carefully considered "performance" issues.Through access to domestic and international research,we found that although scholars have put forward a series of methods and theoretical models on how to evaluate the performance of corporate training, but failed to form a consensus.Therefore, when we are evaluating the training performance of a specific enterprise,we must consider the actual situation of an enterprise’training work and make certain amendments based on the actual situation.Based on Kirkpatrick Model,this study built a corporate human resources training and performance appraisal index system by the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,meanwhile,take a agricultural company for actual example,analyzed the problems existing in their training performance appraisal work through the questionnaire.Thus,we found that there were something wrong with training performance appraisal work,like the existence of inadequate investment, lack of scientific assessment methods, the lack of feedback and other assessment results, and analysis of its problems,and so on.Finally,we also analyzed the reason of that.At the same time, this study assessed the training performance of this agricultural company by the evaluation index system. Then,combined with the actual situation of the work of the agricultural company,we also made some suggestions,like, improving internal awareness about training performance evaluation, providing a full range support for the performance evaluation,a clear evaluation process and selecting appropriate assessment methods and so on,to make ensure that the training performance evaluation work of this company carried out smoothly. These suggestions will have reference value for the company to make the work of training performance evaluation better.
