The world today is in a financial crisis period, the international economic is recovering slowly, but the recovery process is very weak and unbalance.In the situation of lack of effective demand under present international trade, Part of the port enterprise through the lower fees for business for soliciting transport business, This will certainly increase the competition of the hinterland source, the enterprise competition fall into a low level competition state.This paper based on the level of different port enterprise in same port to research the container terminal competitiveness.According to this economic situation,choice CCT main competition port (YICT、SCT、DCB)as the research object.Firstly, follow the principle of construction of index system,set up a container terminal competitiveness evaluation system including the geographical position and natural conditions, the container terminal hardware facilities, container terminal business service ability, transportation ability, development situation of5one-class indexes (12secondary indexes,253-level indexes).Secondly,use factor analysis to evaluate Shenzhen container terminal competitiveness.Finally,according to the evaluation results and CCT own characteristics, advantage and restrictive conditions, puts forward improving operational efficiency, develop the logistics service industry, strengthen the construction of information network, liner route of competitive strategy, pay attention to their own brand image, strengthen market marketing, maintain the stability of international transit business growth and development planning proposal for CCT, to make CCT in the new situation establish competitive advantage as soon as possible.
