The development of economic globalization makes the scope of supply chain network span more and more widely, more and more enterprises are involved, and the relationship between the various members become more and more complex, Supply chain have changed today’s global economic environment of production and operation. Although the supply chain can help enterprises increase profits,it also produced a new challenges—supply chain disruption risk. In recent years, the unexpected events that cause the supply chain disruptions happen more and more frequently, from911to hurricane katrina which bring huge disaster, these events shows the higher risk of failure events and they have already changed the characteristics of modern business environment. Although many people believe that international supply chain is more strong and reliable, but in fact, when some unexpected events happen many supply chains are fragile and easy to failure.The great destructive of supply chain system disruption events, bringing traditional supply chain network design theory and method new challenges, reviewing the current supply chain network and studying resilient supply chain network design under disruption risks is particularly important. No matter how security the supply chain network is, it cannot avoid completely natural disasters, operation accident and human events. Now that failure event cannot avoid completely, the key problem is how to reduce the impact of disruptions to supply chain network. If we can consider the existence of disruption events before the supply chain design and operation, making supply chain network can quickly return to normal operation condition after the disruption events, it is of great value and meaning to designing the resilient supply chain.In this paper,it will studying the resilient supply chain network design problem under disruption risks based on the research of designing the resilient supply chain system.Supply chain network system mainly include the supplier-manufacturer-distribution centre-demand point, At the same time, suppliers, manufacturers and distributors may occur single or multi disruption events in the four level supply chain network system,and the demand of demand point are determined by the future economic environment.Based on the above research ideas, this paper mainly include the following research work:(1) Stating the background and significance of this paper, and giving the logic thinking, basic research content and structure framework of the full text.(2) Summarizing the related literature, mainly including supply chain risk research at home and abroad, supply chain network design under risk environment research and network model solve method research and so on.(3)Reviewing the related theory, mainly from three major aspects:the theory of supply chain risk, the theory of resilient supply chain, and the theory of supply chain network model and optimal solution.(4) Building different resilient supply chain network design model. According to the different design objectives of supply chain network, This paper established the resilient supply chain networks design model based on scenarios, the resilient supply chain network design model considering customer satisfaction and financial risk, and the resilient supply chain network design model considering the best trade-off between resilient level and profit level.(5) Numerical experiment analysis, it prove the feasibility and validity of the model this paper proposed through the practical experiment, and it also prove the great practical application value to construct the resilient supply chain.(6) At the last, the paper summarizes the main views and indicates the defects as well as advices and expectations of the future work.
