Rural Surplus Labor Force

Party National Congress explicitly stated that "the surplus rural labor to non-agricultural industries and cities and towns, is the inevitable trend of industrialization and modernization." To wealthy farmers, farmers must be reduced. This is the absolute majority of the agricultural population accounts for the national conditions, the development experience of developed countries in the world proven. Transfer of rural surplus labor to increase the income of peasants, to speed up the process of urbanization, building a moderately prosperous society of great strategic importance.A long standing problem of rural surplus labor, and with domestic and international economic situation changes when the shock slowly over the years, although many experts and scholars around rural surplus labor transfer to a lot of research, but because of the problem of rural surplus labor and not resolved, still restricting China’s economic and social development a key issue.
