Six Sigma is a management philosophy, which focus on customer needs,data-based, sustained progress. It has become the most important strategic initiativesof business which pursuit of excellent management in the world. The practice of SixSigma management in many multinational companies are proved to be fruitful. In thissituation, Foxconn come to realize the advantages of Six Sigma in all departments tovigorously promote Six Sigma management. Foxconn Technology Group now hasbegun to develop a customer focus, process-oriented, based on data and scientificdecision-making, active management, continuous improvement and excellence SixSigma corporate culture and the new model in the production site management.As we all know, a surprising number of employees hired as the world’s largestelectronic ODM/OEM companies, FOXCONN, for the management of this hugegroup is a huge management propositions and challenges. We found that in the courseof business, staff turnover has been high, long-term high turnover rate even affectedthe business of the enterprise, the entire management decided to put this issue as amanagement proposition to be the result of careful repeated studies, whilesupplemented by the LSS modern scientific methods, theories and methods ofintegration of industrial engineering, to expect to find the real reason and to findeffective solutions.The article first summarized universal phenomenon existing staff leaving, andthen combined with Six Sigma management philosophy and way of research anddiscussion, from the problems faced by the business reality proceed from industry andenterprise management features for data and evidence collection and analysis, toanalyze a number of factors affect the employee to make a departure decision to lookforward to see the real reason of this phenomenon led to a specific organization inside,thus contributing to corporate management when targeted management, so thatenterprises employee turnover in the normal and reasonable limits to promote the sound development of business management.Six Sigma successfully implemented in many companies, has proved its leadingposition, this paper hopes to analyze and solve management problems through the useof this management tool to prove that it is actually widely used, at the same timeprovide some experience for other departments to implement the Six Sigmamanagement.
