At present, as the progress of China continued from International industrial transferconstantly accelerate, International industrial transfer has produced tremendous promotionfor economic growth, as the important pattern of International industrial transfer,International trade and FDI have steadily risen. But in the progress of Industry transfer, developed countries had transferred their high energy-consuming and polluted enterprisesto China, causing the growth of energy consumption. We have no choice but to payattention to it. This passage adopts the method which combines theoretical analysis withempirical analysis, to research the influence of International industrial transfer on energyconsumption. The Thesis has reviewed some related documents for International industrial transferand the relationship between International industrial transfer with energy consumption. Then the thesis has done some data analysis on the current situation of Internationalindustrial transfer and energy consumption,at the same time, in the section on the status ofenergy consumption, the passage has done comparative analysis with developed countries; Then the passage has explained International industrial transfer by using three famouseconomic theories; then the passage carried out the empirical research by usingeconometrics software, after that it did structural analysis from standpoint of the industry;at last, the passage put forward some suggestions on this problem. Chapter3and Chapter4was the keystone of the theoretical research in the passage, on the basis of existingcondition analysis,we come to realize that China still has a large gap compared withdeveloped countries in the respect of energy consumption per unit output value. Chapter5isan empirical research section, first, the thesis do data analysis from standpoint of scaleeffect, it analyzed the influence on the energy consumption by using FDI、industrialmanufactured exports、economic development and industrial structure as its explanatoryvariable; Then from standpoint of effect of structure, it made rank according toenergy-consuming strength of industries and compared with their proportion in Internationalindustrial transfer. The finding indicated that among the International industrial transfer,FDI will be helpful to reduce energy consumption while Export trade will increase it. Atlast, the passage give some countermeasure and proposition according to the outcome.
