The Positive Study About Energy Consumtion Of Industrial Undertaking

Energy is the basic of encomy developing.In recent years,the energy shortage has gradually become a bottleneck of China's industrial development.This situation makes people pay more and more attention to energy problems.Domestic and overseas scholars have made several researches on China's energy market from various angles.It is very helpful for setting up rational energy development strategy and industrial policies to understand China's industrial energy consumption accurately and comprehensively.With this background,this paper,combined with China's energy development strategy,makes a meticulous and deep research on China's energy market using quantitative analysis method.Firstly,this paper made a research on the overall industrial undertaking energy consumption intensity and analysis energy consumption intensity of all industrial enterprises.This research showed that the decline of industrial energy consumption efficiency is the main cause for decreased energy consumption intensity.Then this paper in order to get a more precise understanding of China's industrial energy consumption,this paper,using panel data model,studies energy consumption of China's 36 major industrial sectors and subsequently put forward some policy recommendations.The findings suggested that the relationship between the China's industrial sector energy consumption and economic growth was co-integration and the unidirectional Granger causality ran from the industrial economy growth to industrial energy consumption.It suggested that the goals to develop the economy and,at the same time,to reduce the energy consumption in next five years,which were made in the outline of 11th Five-Year Plan,were not contradiction.This paper set forth China's industrial energy consumption characteristics not only from the two angles above,but also from industrial energy consumption within the various sectors,and pointed out the factors which should be taken into account when the industrial policy was made.In the future,we ought to strengthen the guiding role that energy policy played in energy consumption,and actively promote the building of energy saving society.
