The Research On The Housing System Model Of Chinese Town City

As the development of industry and city, a large number of people enter cities,which causes the difficult of Housing to the low and middle income households. Thispaper do the research on the housing system model of Chinese town city(about the city ofZhaoyuan Shandong province) in order to develop the theory of housing and givesuggests to the government. This paper comments on all the aspect of Housing securityof countries at home and abroad, defines Housing security, affordable housing and thesystem of affordable housing. Then introduce the model of “over U type”. Andregression analysis, factor analysis about the numbers of Zhaoyuan. Then there is aconclusion: it is better to provide economical houses to the low and middle incomehouseholds before2020for the city of Zhaoyuan, and it is practicable to reduce theeconomical houses and only provide public houses to the families of the lowest incomefrom2020after. After this, introduce current situation of the system of our country’shousing society and the distinguishing feature of the town-city. And introduce thecharacteristics and the experiences of U.S.A, British England, Japan, Singapore, Russia.At last, this paper gives the advices of improve the Housing society of town-city, andgive the last conclusion.
