The research object of this report is company V, which is a fashionable and economiccompany, providing professional service to fashion magazines, artists, models, andadvertising, the films and television play. It mainly includes three lines of business:professional modeling, brokerage companies, modeling training. It belongs to a branch ofthe fashionable industry economy; main business is depending on talent, who providerelative individual "human" type service. Therefore, talent is the core of the industry, and atthe same time, the quantity and quality of talent, is also restricts the development and thesize of the industry.However, there is no consensus standard at the present domestic market, causing thecovenant-lite in the company, and a lot of the good and bad are intermingled competitorsemerging. On the other hand, there are regional large companies in the domestic marketwhich has their own strength, and the competition is fierce in the high-end market.Therefore, the main contents of this report: the analysis of the external and internalenvironment of the company and industry, found out the problems of company V,positioning the core competencies of the V, fixed the management idea of V, design andformulate the development of the company and management strategy, give full play to theadvantage of the company V, strengthen and expand the line of business of the company.And it will make an effective response to the challenge of the market in the future.
