In the current knowledge economy era,knowledge has become the core driving force for economic and social development,and the carrier of this core drive is talent.With the rapid change of economic globalization and technological innovation,enterprises seek their own survival and development in the context of increasingly fierce market competition.Should how to utilize the resources more effectively,the design and implementation of strategic oriented of employee training and development,through training,development and knowledge management in order to develop learning activities,improve the comprehensive quality of employees,on the basis of strengthening its core competitiveness,in order to occupy the dominant position in the intense market competition.Staff training as a key function of human resource management,the current domestic enterprises in the aspect of employee training is still not optimistic,many enterprises spend a lot of capital,strengthen the introduction and training of talents,but the training result is not good.The main problem is that the training effect is not always conducive to realizing the competitive strategy of the enterprise.Human resources training should also be based on strategic perspectives.Training should be organized on a strategic level rather than on a particular project or requirement.Human resources training plan should have strategic thinking,from the strategic thinking of human resources training plan at this stage there may be some practical advantages,but due to the organization's overall development plan,it will disconnect and be left behind.Enterprises should integrate people,wealth,material resources and information resources in the perspective of strategic human resource management and implement training of strategic staff.How to construct a scientific and rational employee training system which combines with enterprise development strategy requires further exploration.At home and abroad,this paper on the study of the theory of the enterprise training,will B company as the research object,focus on the relationship between the training and enterprise strategy,and made clear based on the strategic orientation of training system to build the basic principles,specific methods and requirements and main process,etc.On the analysis of the current B company employee training system based on the present situation and problems,build up and perfect the theory of strategic orientation training system,set up the company training system design framework based on strategic orientation.This paper conducted a case study is based on the strategic orientation training system model,concentration demonstrates the whole process,which involves training needs analysis,planning,implementation,and evaluation and so on each link.And provide the corresponding technical method,the operability is strong.Find new solutions to the problems existing in the construction of enterprise strategic training system.By building a perfect training support system,can effectively meet the demand of enterprise development strategy,implement employee and enterprise development phase synchronization,effectively improve enterprise core competitiveness,provide favorable conditions for enterprise sustained steady development.The research methods used in this paper include: literature research,questionnaire survey and case analysis.And concretely combining relevant theories and cases,the staff training and strategic development are closely combined to provide a good human resource base for the company's strategic development,and to improve the operating efficiency.
