Investigation Of Operating Mode Of Huaneng Gansu Wind Power Enterprise

Recently, with the increasing requirement of energy-saving and pollution reduction, a rapid development has been made in the wind power of China along with the decline of investment of wind power projects. Wind power enterprises can not only provide a lot of power resources to reduce the city electricity pressure, but also reduce the use of mineral resources. How to improve the management of wind power enterprise scientifically and effectively becomes an important topic. Currently, many wind power enterprise in China have problems in the enterprise management. Such as, the technical level of wind power enterprise is not high, the management of human resources is not systematic, and innovative ideas in business need to be improved.With the development of Huaneng Gansu wind power projects, many problems have been found. Such as, with the increase of project scale, the traffic becomes inconvenient because of different location of wind power plants, duplicate allocation of person and technology of different plants. Thus, the traditional management of power enterprise will reduce the efficiency of enterprise resource, which will result in a higher operating cost and it becomes quite difficult to manage. In order to solve these problems, we analyzed the difficulties in power enterprise operation, and then explore how to achieve the innovation of enterprise operation. We can reorganize resources by technical innovation and upgrading, and then develop a cluster, remote and information control of wind plants to form regional management of wind power enterprise supervision and professional maintenance. With the development of internal technology and person level, wind power enterprise can make a reconfiguration of resource between different wind plants gradually, and then realize the separation of ownership and the right to operate by delegating operational and fiduciary operations. Finally, a new management mode of wind power enterprise can be formed. That is, with the help of management, technology, human resource of large-sized wind power enterprise, dozens of small and medium-sized wind power enterprise can be improved to ensure a safe, high efficient and economic operation of wind power enterprise.
