Evolutionary Game Analysis On Cooperative Innovation Among Wind Power Enterprises

Energy is the foundation of the national economics’ development, as the energy demand isgradually increasing and primary energy consumption of the environmental problems, the use ofclean energy is increasingly valued. With its good social and economic effect, increasingly maturetechnology and the market mechanism, wind power was honored at home and abroad. As a carrierof wind energy, this paper analyzes the technology and the development of wind power enterprisesstatus, put forward the development of wind power enterprises are faced with the problem, thinkthat cooperative innovation is the inevitable choice of the development of wind power enterprises.Wind power enterprises’ cooperative innovation behavior is affected by many factors. In this paper,through setting up the restriction factors’ dynamic game model of a game party, analyzing thedynamic equation and copy path evolution phase diagram, and researching the game process ofwind power enterprises to participate in the collaborative innovation, we can see that wind powerenterprise collaborative innovation strategy set changes with the restricting factors and reachingdifferent stable equilibrium point. Based on their own interests, the wind power enterprises choosedifferent evolution strategy in the game process. There are optimal results, but considering theinfluence of reality of the capital, cost and opportunism, the market is still a dual structure. Inorder to achieve the optimal allocation of collaborative innovation resource, we should coordinatethe interests of both sides and make a good interaction between them. At the same time,technology breakthrough has an important influence for wind power enterprises to carry outcollaborative innovation based on the analysis of cluster model. Finally, from the national policy,organization, investment and talent security system and so on, paper put forward protectioncountermeasures for wind power enterprise’s cooperative innovation.
