Study On The Integration Of Fujian Port Cluster’s Resources

It’s helpful to rely on resource advantage, accelerate port economic development for integration of port cluster’s resources.It’s the future development of Fujian province’s greatest advantage. Since Fujian Province proposed the strategic vision of development of The Western Taiwan Straits Economic Zone in2004, and the State Council issued proposed should integrat port cluster’s resources,highlights the importance of Fujian port cluster’s resources to The Western Taiwan Straits Economic Zone. Many Provincial and national important documents and planning proposed should integrat port cluster’s resources,highlights the importance of Fujian port cluster’s resources to The Western Taiwan Straits Economic Zone. From the current national major ports and the economic high-speed development, we see competition is not only between the port city, but also between the province,and even between the provinces, the countries. Smaller port is not easier to drive. Therefore, we must be determined from the overall situation in mind, integrat gond resources, relying on the three major port to layout planning of Fujian Province port development, accelerate haven development mode change, accelerate Fujian haven system integration, in order to drive on the west bank economy area accelerates development. It helps to change port development mode, accelerate system integration, in order to drive on The Western Taiwan Straits Economic Zone.Based on this, starting point from the integrat port cluster’s resources, this paper discusses port group resource integration mode,draw lessons from domestic and international experience.Base on the analysis of current situation of the development of Fujian port group, it applies mathematical method in three port volume distribution research, identify the function orientation and choice of mode of cooperation, combined with the national and Fujian port layout planning of Fujian port group, concrete ideas for the resource integration, to enhance the competitiveness of the ports of The Western Taiwan Straits Economic Zone.
