Study On Measurement And Influencing Factors Of Life Satisfaction Of Land-lost Peasants

More than three decades years have passed since China firstly adopted the reform and opening-up policy, China’s economy maintain a high level of growth and long-term situation, at the same time, the urbanization rate showes a leapfrog development, urbanization has been and will be as the basic power for China’s rapid economic growth and a strong guarantee for a long time, at the same time, urbanization will accelerate the demand of land, apparently urbanization is an important background of China’s land expropriation activities. The low compensation standard of land expropriation, imperfect land protection mechanism and land expropriation resettlement have been the "three big mountains" around the expropriation of land, the three big problem activate various problems, the problem which caused by land mass and the malignant event is particularly prominent. It is in the background of contradictions, conflict, the landless farmers problem has become the focus of attention,cause widespread concern in the community, especially the landless farmers’ living condition has become a focus of the center.The research conduct Ganzhou City Economic and Technological DevelopmentZone as research area, farmer of this area as research sample, and launch a series of research, the main contents include the following aspects:(1)analysis the land expropriation and landuse feature of Ganzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone. (2)designing questionnaire and construction of the scale. based on the research, arrange and input the contents of the questionnaire, construct of the land-lost farmers’ life satisfaction scale and collect and analyze the data of reliability and validity. (3)analysis of the characteristics and individual subjective factor. Single factor analysis or independent samples T test on the personal characteristics and subjective factors, further Logistic regression analysis with factors of statistical significance,and analysis test results. (4)the research conclusion and recommendations of measures. According to the test result, based on the above analysis, put forward corresponding measures and suggestions.The result shows that the field survey of land lost farmers in Ganzhou economic and Technological Development Zone in the study, the overall life satisfaction of landless peasants is low, only with an average of 2.67, being an unsatisfied stage, among the possible factors affecting land-lost satisfaction, satisfaction of the labor intensity, satisfaction of school hardware facilities, satisfaction of land expropriation compensation standard, satisfaction of transparent land requisition procedures, satisfaction of land requisition and resettlement measures, satisfaction, satisfaction of surrounding environment and satisfaction of safety status. All have a different degree of influence on life satisfaction, especially the influence of land expropriation compensation standard of life satisfaction, satisfaction of the labor intensity and satisfaction of the surrounding environment have a strong influence on life satisfaction, these factors have become the key factors affecting the landless farmers’ life satisfaction.Life satisfaction of land-lost farmer faces dilemma, it’s a must to improve the land lost farmersficulties, theref living environment, establish the compensation mechanism of land expropriation of land lost farmers, improve the skill, maintain the safety and stability of land area, raise policy support to improve the farmer’s life satisfaction.
