Developing modern service industry energetically is a new requirement of changing the pattern of economic growth and improving the quality and efficiency of economic growth. As a main component part of modern service industry, logistics has broad development prospects and enormous market potential, and gradually become strongly support and promote industries of Yangzhou economic. With a good location factor and policy environment background, logistics enterprises of Yangzhou grow well. However, compared with other logistics enterprises in industrial relatively mature region, Yangzhou’s development idea still have some shortcomings, resulting to hard to become bigger and stronger."People" factor is the main reason. Most logistics enterprises are lack of awareness of cultivating modern logistics personnel, and invest insufficient manpower capital. Partial enterprises though recognize the importance of human capital, lack effective incentive methods to motivate full playing.Based on this, this paper empirical analyzes the impact of human capital of Yangzhou logistics enterprises on their operating performance from the standpoint of enterprise and employee. The correlation analysis of enterprise shows that the performance has significantly positive correlation with human capital investment, the whole technical level, and the proportion of highly educated staff ratio. But it has low negative correlation with employees’ health value degree. The FAHP analysis of employee shows that the influence of each factor of human capital on business performance by large to small is skill, attitude, experience, knowledge and health. Three specific items-study logistics case regularly to draw lessons from the successful experience, judgment, strain capacity and teamwork ability influence mostly.If Yangzhou’s logistics enterprises want to use limited resources to create competitive human capital advantage and high performance, they must begin from various aspects. Enterprise on one hand should intensify the employee’s human capital investment, building a diversified logistics personnel training system, emphatically improve employee skill levels, on the other hand attention to enterprise culture construction, setting up the concept of "employees’ human capital is the soul of an enterprise", actively creating favorable conditions for the growth of employees human capital. Of course, if Yangzhou’s logistics enterprises want to obtain good performance, besides mainly rely on their own efforts, must rely on the government, school, and other social factors. Government can establish related policies and measures to create excellent conditions for introducing the logistics talents. University can open related logistics professional, cultivating college undergraduate or even graduate student to meet long-term demand of logistics talents.
