| China has now entered a rapid urbanization,the relationship between urban and rural is the key of social transformation.Our typical urban-rural dual structure promotes economic development and social stability in a certain period.However,with the opening-up of reform and the deepening of economic system of marketing,the malpractice of urban-rural dual structure is becoming increasingly,which seriously impact the sustainable development of region.How to coordinate the development of urban and rural has caused wide attention by government and academia and became urgent problems to solve. Coordinated development between urban and rural areas is an important part of the construction of a harmonious society.It is also the fundamental way of narrowing urban and rural gap,changing urban-rural dual structure and solving "three rural issues".Jiabao Wen affirmed the good momentum of development of Jiangsu’s economic and society in inspection Jiangsu between2008and2009.The development of Jiangsu presents situation of growth smoothly,structural optimization,better quality and improving of the livelihood of the people,which plays an important role in the nation. Meanwhile,he indicated that Jiangsu must coordinate the development between urban and rural areas.Although Jiangsu is developed coastal provinces for our country,the economic development of urban and rural made great achievements in recent decades, also fail to enter into a social economy coordination between urban and rural.Therefore, understanding of Jiangsu urban and rural development present situation correctly,the objective analysis of problem of urban and rural development,seeking coordinated development between urban and rural areas and the ways to promote economic development of Jiangsu provincial and urban construction has the extremely vital significance.With the basis of theoretical analysis and combining the actual development of Jiangsu’s urban and rural,this paper does research to the design of evaluation index system and the evaluation method of coordinative development urban-rural,which is the attempt to solving problems of coordinated development of urban and rural areas through quantitative and qualitative analysis.Through constructing and setting up scientific reliable evaluation index system,use this system to make decisions for the coordinated development of urban and rural areas to provide the reference.This paper adopts the basis of subjective and objective synthesis,combine frequency analysis, theoretical analysis and cluster analysis to design index system.Comprehensive use principal component analysis and analytic hierarchy process to evaluate,then,take Wilcoxon rank and inspection on evaluation results,take the evalution of two methods as the result of urban-rural coordinate value.On this basis, the grey correlation method is used to determine the main factors of the coordinated development of urban and rural areas.With the above analysis, discusses the realization of coordinative development path of Jiangsu’s urban-rural. |
