Study On Development And Performance Of Rural Economic Cooperative Organization Of Yongxiu County

Rural issues have been one of the most important livelihood issues of our country, the solution of which will have a stimulate effect to our country’s livelihood. And the rural economic systematization degree is an important measurement scale of rural issues solution in our country. At the same time, it is proved that cooperate economic organizations are effective ways to solve rural problems. In recent years, Yongxiu county government treats the construction of rural cooperatives economic organizations as main task and it explores "company plus base plus peasants" mode according to the practical needs of rural economy development, closely around the theme of income increasing and agriculture synergy, which improves the level of rural cooperate economic organizations and get good results. But some problems came about such as small scales, poor products competitiveness, uncompleted laws, lacking human resources and so on, which severely restricted Yongxiu rural cooperative economic organizations.Considering the international and domestic experience, combined with Yongxiu rural cooperatives economic organization development practice, in accordance with the idea of "theory analysis——status quo——problem analysis——measures" this paper does a research in the following three aspects. First analyze the background and significance of China’s rural cooperatives economic organization deeply, summarize rural cooperatives economic organization theory by reading literature and define the definition, principle and characteristics of rural cooperatives economic organization. Secondly, summarize the rural cooperatives economic organization experience of Germany, Sweden and other developed countries. Thirdly combined with Yongxiu rural cooperatives economic organizations’status quo and problems, this paper does a performance study and put forward corresponding measures and other two problems, looking forward it will have significance to Yongxiu rural cooperatives economic organizations’development.
