The Influence Factors Study About Talents Convergence Based On Industrial Cluster

After1980, industrial cluster appeared in world economy domain, and becomed the powerful motive force which drived regional economic move forword.Industrial cluster not only makes regional economic grow, but also gathers a large number of talent who contribute to the development of industrial clusters.Talent assemble promoted the development of industrial cluster,at the same time maked the competitive advantage of industrial cluster enhance and maintain.Currently high-tech zone has becomed a carrier of the industrial cluster,and high-tech zone has greatly promoted the development of local economy, but the shortage of high quality and high skill talent becomes the key factors in the development of high-tech zone. Therefore, the research on industrial cluster attractiveness of industry cluster, talent agglomeration factor, has important theory value and the practical significance.This paper takes the following research as the main points:from the perspective of industrial cluster, using the theoretical and empirical analysis, take High-tech Development Zone of Nanchang as an the research object, analyses the industrial clusters and the talent aggregation correlation, after verification of the industrial cluster and gathering talents are highly correlated, further exploring the industrial cluster internal talent agglomeration effect factors in industrial cluster, and the measures to improve the level of talent agglomeration.First of all, using the method of literature research, on the industrial cluster and talent agglomeration theory research literature was conducted systematically summarized; and based on the theory of industrial cluster, based on the previous research results, describing the clusters of talent aggregation effect. In theory that the high-tech park of industrial cluster is a carrier, taking High-tech Development Zone of Nanchang Industrial Cluster zone as an example, verified by industrial cluster and gathering talent is a high degree of correlation. Pointing out that the talent aggregation is the dynamic mechanism of industrial cluster, can make the cluster to obtain a leading development advantage; industry cluster will be talent assemble provided better platform.Secondly, taking High-tech Development Zone of Nanchang questionnaire data, in-depth analysis of the impact of cluster talent agglomeration effect factors. Using the SPSS principal component analysis, to extract the industrial cluster talent assemble factors index system, constructing industrial cluster talent aggregation effect model.Finally, based on the empirical summary and the industrial cluster’s situation of Nanchang High-tech Development Zone now, puting forward talent policy to promote talent attraction influence force based on industrial cluster.
