Study On Environment And Countermeasure Of Jingan Organic White Tea

JingAn white tea is a kind of green tea. It is one of the famous tea in China and originated in northwest of JingAn county. With the beautiful ecological environment and excellent air condition, JingAn county have the advantageous ecological conditions to develop organic white tea. But not all parts of Jingan county is suitable to develop white tea.According to ecological, environmental and technical requirements of organic agriculture, in this paper we evaluate the agricultural production environment and agricultural natural resources, ecological environmental conditions, and the rural economy condition, etc. in JingAn, and roundly grasp the agricultural production environment condition, with which we want to provide decision-making reference for the development of white tea.Guided by the scientific development concept, the author proved the necessity and significance of developing organic agriculture in JingAn because it can improve the agricultural comprehensive productivity, improve agricultural market competitiveness, safeguarde the ecological environment and resource security and promote agricultural sustainable development. Based on the results of environmental monitoring and quantitative analysis, the author made a comprehensive evalution of the natural resources and agricultural production environment in JingAn, and scientifically analyzed the advantage for JingAn to develop white tea, the favourable conditions and the major limiting factor for JingAn to develop white tea were also demonstrated. According to the development of organic agriculture in JingAn, the guiding ideology and development target and the regional distribution were put forward in this paper using the applications of agricultural districts principle, modern techniques such as GIS technology. The areas suitable for develop organic white tea were mainly located in the north township in JingAn, such as Luowan, Sanzhualun, Zaodu and Baofeng. In order to realize the development goals of white tea, the key construction projects of JingAn were put forwarded, including organic white tea standardization base construction, leading enterprises developing project, professional cooperatives construction as well as the brand and the market system construction, etc. And the four main strategies to develop white tea in JingAn county were establishing the development of organic white tea strategic positioning, strengthening the development of organic white tea organization and leadership, increasing the investment intensity, and building organic white tea development policy environment.
