Research On The Corporate Social Responsibility At Present China From The Perspective Of Scientific And Technical

With the progress of science and technology and economic development, enterprises as an important part of the society, which influence on social development has been paid more attention. Social problems brought by the activities of the enterprises is more and more complicated and serious, therefore, the research in corporate social responsibility becomes more important. The social responsibility of enterprises in western studies started earlier, and also made some achievements and progress. However, corporate social responsibility in the theoretical and practical aspects of the studies is still not perfect and mature. Although our government, scholars and some non-governmental organizations began to pay attention to the social responsibility of enterprises with the globalization of the world economy and the continuous developing economy in China, there are still many problems because our country starts the study late and the existing development circumstances of enterprise of our country and other reasons.This paper tried to solve the current corporate social responsibility problem from the perspective of ethics of science and technology in combination with the research of many scholars on the basis of the theory. This article is made up of five chapters, starting from the discussion of corporate social responsibility of the relevant concept, theory, then comprehensively interpreted theory of corporate social responsibility, combined with our country’s present situation, analysis of China’s enterprises in the social responsibility in the process of a series of problems. And use empirical analysis method to discuss the reason of our existing social responsibility problem. Deeply analyzes China’s corporate social responsibility from life ethics and ecology ethics two aspects in terms of science and technology ethics theory. Finally, according to the specific conditions of enterprises in China fulfilling society responsibilities, this article put forward personal suggestions to solve the problem of Chinese enterprises’social responsibility, mainly from the protection of the ecological environment and human life and health security two respects.In conclusion, this paper researches on China’s corporate social responsibility. It aims to urge enterprises to assume social responsibility actively, to construct the benign and interactive relationships of society and enterprises, so as to realize sustainable development among mankind, society and enterprise.
