Reseach On The Factors Restricting The Development Of Farmers' Specialized Cooperatives In Henan Provience

After China's reform and opening up,with the continuous outflow of rural population,the agricultural transformation has accelerated,and the development of modern agriculture has experienced problems such as insufficient development momentum.With China's accession to the World Trade Organization and accelerated market reforms,farmers' professional cooperatives are rapidly becoming an important form of organization to support the development of modern agriculture in China.After the implementation of the Law on Farmers' Professional Cooperatives,farmers solved the problems in organizational form and basic management system to a certain extent.The cooperative has developed rapidly.By 2017,there are 201.7 million cooperatives in China.The number of farmers participating in the community accounts for 47% of the total number of Chinese farmers.Among them,the number of cooperatives in Henan Province is about 170,000.As a new type of agricultural management subject,the development of farmers' professional cooperatives plays an important role in the work of "agriculture,countryside and farmers”.However,with the hollowing out and aging of rural population in Henan Province in recent years,the problem of agricultural security has been affected.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the factors affecting the growth of farmers' professional cooperatives in Henan Province.Only by letting the farmers' professional cooperatives in Henan Province adapt to the market as much as possible can they change the face of the countryside and farmers,provide advanced experience for other regions,promote the further development of the rural economy,and lay a solid foundation for achieving a comprehensive well-off society.First of all,this paper sorts out the theoretical research and examples of farmers' professional cooperatives at home and abroad,and introduces the related concepts and theories of cooperatives,in order to provide theoretical support and reference for the development of farmers' professional cooperatives in Henan Province.Improve the research design of this article.Secondly,it analyzes the development status of farmers' professional cooperatives and farmers' professional cooperatives in Henan Province.Afterwards,the author designed a questionnaire to conduct on-the-spot investigations on the selected samples,and collated and descriptively analyzed the survey data.The survey found that the farmers' professional cooperatives in Henan Province have the following problems:lack of funds for cooperative development,low awareness of farmers' active cooperation,weak basic management level and experience,low product additions,and non-standard distribution of benefits.Small membership and shortage of labor force.Finally,drawing lessons from the development experience of farmers' professional cooperatives at home and abroad,this paper puts forward pertinent proposals to promote the integrated development of farmers' professional cooperatives,build and improve the financial service system,improve the quality of members,establish a suitable democratic governance structure mechanism,promote the transformation of farmers' professional cooperatives to comprehensive organizations,establish a good benefit distribution processing mechanism,and enhance farmers' democracy.
