San Yang Company Bt Mode Application Study For Construction Projects

With the further development of Gaoling county’s urban and rurul construction, a lot of infrastruction and new countryside constrution starts. The government needs huge amount of money, and then the government tries to apply BT to Sanyang Community building. The applied research of BT shows it can not only promote the community building, but also can relieve the financial pressure.Based on Gaoling’s reality, this paper illustrates the background and the topic of this research; shows the application of BT in Sanyang community building. By referring to a lot of files and comparing them, then puts forward BT management model. After analyzing various risks of Sanyang community building and drawing lessons from other government’s successful experience, the writer sets up a BT cooperation framework and finds out the key points of it. Firstly, this paper analyzes the management of the project and introduces BT model; explains its applying conditions and compares its advantages and disadvantages. Secondly, based on the general situation, characteristics and difficulties in Sanyang program, this paper studies the executive process and the results of BT in this project; summarizes the existing problems and further studies the investment and financing management. Lastly, this paper establishes specific measures of carrying out BT management model in Sanyang community building, such as the initiation of the project and the examination and approval of partners.etc.In conclusion, due to the writer’s limited knowledge of BT and the inefficiency of management mechanism, BT model is not perfect and needs improving. The writer firmly believes that as long as we draw lessons continually and perfect the management, the result will be more effective.
