The relevant departments work closely fluid linked to ensure that the information is accurate and timely delivery.In this paper, the principle of the LIMS, flour and products of the national quality inspection center (referred to as the Quality Inspection Center) laboratory information system analysis and design, in order to resolve the contradiction between the growing volume of business and the backward mode of management.The problems with the actual workflow for quality inspection center and the characteristics of its business model, this paper a detailed analysis of the quality inspection agency laboratory building needs, and describes the functional structure of the quality inspection center laboratory information management system andsystem design.This system consists of several functional modules, sample management, resource management, personnel management, customer management and real-time display, the establishment of a complete laboratory management and monitoring system not only meets the day-to-day management needs of the quality inspection center management,but also ensures that the laboratory test data is within the controllable range.Combination of quality inspection center of the existing network structure and operational characteristics, we work together with Zhengzhou Gainward Technology Co., Ltd. and develop a set of quality inspection center, laboratory information management system CMIS.As a laboratory technician, I am responsible for the collection of basic data, the design of business processes of the quality inspection center, the division of the system functions and objectives of the design work.Based on the theory, this paper built laboratory information management system framework based on the quality inspection center, and described the design and implementation of each functional module.Other quality inspection organizations can learn from the model on the basis of their own characteristics in order to improve their management.In addition, the article also raised the quality control procedures and methods into the workflow and set the standard working procedures in the LIMS, constrained the use of personnel in accordance with the implementation of the standardization process.
