As an important tool to retain and attract talents, remuneration has received much more attentions from the managers in the world with increasing competition in the talents. However, there is such a contradiction in management practice, the continuing rise of the human capital accompanied with the downturn of the employees’ salary satisfaction. What managers usually do is to adjust the remuneration to improve the decreased satisfaction which has to be corrected by the redesign and optimization of the remuneration to avoid situation that human costs improve with limited incentives.We make the study on TA clothing company, taking the compensation theory and incentive theory as the theoretical basis, combing the studies of remuneration system at home and abroad systematically, through which we come to the theoretical and practical significance of this study to determine main ideas of this paper. Secondly, we make analysis on TA clothing company as well as its remuneration system, getting familiar with the problems of TA apparel company faced in remuneration system with the help of expert interviews and questionnaires, that is unscientific performance appraisal, remuneration lack of competition which can’t meet the needs of employees and wages qualified by positions. We should adjust the remuneration on account of the combination of remuneration system and strategy, reflecting fairness which realizes the incentives as well as constraints to enhance remuneration satisfaction. Thus, to optimize the remuneration system of TA clothing company, in comparison with the old remuneration system, we reassess the value of posts to determine post wages, establishing the salary hierarchy system, adjusting the salary structure reasonably besides the increase of welfare options to enrich remuneration evaluation system. Finally, we make supporting measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the new remuneration system.According to this paper, we provided theoretical support for optimization design of TA company remuneration system improving employees remuneration satisfaction which can execute incentives on the employees on one hand, on the other hand we proposed common problems similar businesses face in remuneration study for corporate executives and remuneration designers thus providing reference the managers in management practices.
