| The H Electronic Company is a small private enterprise,along with company ofcontinuously shape,whose remuneration system generates a lot of defects is not adapt to thedevelopment of the modern enterprise. Compensation is the core part of enterprise incentivemechanism and the most concern of the employees. In order to achieve the company’s healthyand steady development and continue to grow the business benefit, the company’smanagement decided to optimize the company salary system, constructing remunerationsystem adapted to market economy development.This paper from the research background and significance of comprehensivecompensation system summarizes the basic theory of comprehensive remuneration system,the development and research status at domestic and abroad. Secondly data collection,questionnaire survey and result analysis are carried out to the current remuneration system ofH Electronic Company. Problems in the remuneration system of the company in aspects suchas employees’ low satisfaction degree of the remuneration structure and failure to combineperformance assessment and the remuneration system and so forth,as well as reasons forthese problems are analyzed and summarized. The applicability,ideas and principles ofestablishment of the comprehensive remuneration system by H Electronic Company areanalyzed aiming at reasons for the problems,and results of data analysis are combined withoperational strategies and current situations of H Electronic Company and the establishmentcourse of the comprehensive remuneration system by H Electronic Company is summarizedbased on positions and skills,combination performances and strengthening of internalremuneration. Finally summarizes the benefits of comprehensive compensation system HElectronics Company, problems and their solutions. It is in the Hope that the research resultsof the paper can provide references and experience to the establishment of the remunerationsystems of similar enterprises. |
