Research On The Influences Of Supply And Demand Of Lab Or Force Exerted By Industry Undertaking In The Central Region

As a vital hub of the West and the East in our country, the central region owns theadvantages of outstanding location, abundant mineral resources, good industrial foundation andsuperior labor market which indicate that the central region is an attractive market with abundanteconomic growth space and huge potential. In recent years, the central region faced andovercome the challenges of industry undertaking positively and forwardly with these advantages.The actions not only advance regional economy, but contribute to employment growth. In theprocess of industry undertaking, promoting the regional economic, at the same time, impact thesupply and demand of local labor force. This paper takes Wuhan as an example to see how thecentral region copy with the influences which emerged during the process of industryundertaking.At first, this thesis reviews and sorts the relative domestic and international theories on theindustrial transferring, industry undertaking and the relative influences on factors of labor force.Then, it analyzes the situation of supply and quality. Furthermore, it analyzes the effects on thedemand of labor force during the process of industry undertaking, which obtained the results thatindustry undertaking promote employment growth, optimize industrial structure of labor forceand raise the quality request of labor force. According to the effects, this thesis will point out theexistence of structure contradictory of labor force and analyze the factors of it with the aspects ofexternal environment, enterprise circumstance and labor. Meanwhile, specific to these results, itwill show pieces of policy advice. For example, the corporations should focus on developingtechnological self innovation, improving work environment, regulate employment situations,continuously strengthening the enhancement of human capital, identity service position.
