Thereby, we can find reason of accessible results and reason of existences. From that we draw out experienced lessons for labor export in Lam Dong.We can estimate situation of labor export in Lam Dong at the beginning of80years of the20century. Concretely, we focus into vocational training actively, solve job, strengthen labor export to contribute hunger eradication and poverty reduction. From now, we should have plan to study marketing for vocational training to serve labor export, and limit exporting unskilled workers because we will collect little foreign currency, quality of laborers who come back are weak.Chapter III: Solution to manage society labor export in Lam Dong province in current periodThis chapter, we focus into study policies of Party and State about labor export and study mechanism, policy of Lam Dong province with labor export. Thereby, we can find effective solutions to serve labor export in Lam Dong province in future.
