The Research About The Improvement Of Rural Living Environment Problem

This study aims to understand the overall situation of rural living environment in Hunan Province, dynamic assessment of the rural living environment, to analyze the problems of the rural living environment. Therefore, this paper firstly collects related literatures and finishing in reference to previous researches, setting the rural living environment five indexes. The original data comes from the1991-2011statistical yearbook of Hunan province and China Rural Statistical Year-book. In the data processing on the basis of the original standard, the weight of index is determined by the AHP method, and the rural living environment five systems evolution are calculated after the weight of index. Walking into the countryside to conduct field visits to get more intuitive understanding about the rural habitat environment of the actual situation. Combining that with the data analysis results of present rural living environment for dynamic evaluation and the current rural human settlements problems are detailed, specific analysis. The results are as follows:(1) The Hunan province rural living conditions gradually improved, but in the house, living water, toilets, poultry pen, residence in the mud and dust and so on certain problems.(2) The quality of the rural ecological environment worsening, which waste is bad," white" serious pollution; water environment pollution is serious;pesticide, chemical fertilizer non-point source pollution is a prominent problem.(3) Rural infrastructure remains to be improved. Road construction, cultural public goods, communications facilities, power supply reliability, fire facilities, greening are prominent problem.(4) The level of rural public service is in the persistent decrease. Rural public service personnel quality on the low side, and the local cultural heritage have discontinuous possibility.(5) The rural development level is higher, but the town enterprise layout is dispersive, and polluting the situation seriously.Finally, according to the results from the government, enterprises, the village in three dimensions, the rural living conditions, there are some suggestions about improve the living environment from the five system including the quality of the rural ecological environment, the overall level of rural infrastructure, rural public service level and rural development level. All these are aim to get a better construction of new socialist countryside.
