The Research About The Improvement Of Rural Living Environment Problem At County Level

The implementation of the strategy of "building a new socialist countryside" can be considered as a reconstruction of the rural human settlements. As a large agricultural country, the construction of rural human settlements plays a very important role in the development of the whole society. Therefore, in the context of building a new socialist countryside, to improve the living environment of rural residents to raise awareness of the height of the people's livelihood. This is not only the urgent need of farmers, but also the country's major initiatives to solve the livelihood of the people.In this paper, Huaxian, Henan Province as an example to study the overall status of rural human settlements, the use of the theory of human settlements theory, through the dynamic assessment of rural human settlements. Huaxian is with 195 million acres of land of cultivated land area of wheat in China the first county, Henan grain production in the first county, the rural living environment is particularly representative. First part of the thesis discusses the connotation of rural living environment and the related theory, and summarizes the experiences and lessons of successful cases of domestic and foreign construction for rural human settlements, in Huaxian of Henan Province as an example, the empirical analysis of rural living environment. Follow the basic way of thinking of "put forward the question, analyzing the problems and solve the problem", by combining qualitative research and quantitative research, empirical analysis and normative analysis method, the combination of theory and practice, access to relevant information, clarify the concept, to improve the living environment in rural areas were logical analysis, content analysis, to analyze the problems exist in the current rural living environment.The ultimate goal of the new rural construction is for the country to create a beautiful and comfortable living environment, and improve life quality of rural residents and rural living conditions, improve the ability of sustainable development in rural areas, to achieve a harmonious urban and rural society. Hope that the research results of this paper can provide the theory support for Henan province to promote the building of the rural living environment, help to speed up the construction of new socialist countryside in Henan province.
