Study Of The Construction Management Mode Of Nuclear Power Project

The macro economy of our country is currently running well, the rapid development of industrialization ensures the electricity demand’s growth, meanwhile, with the various environmental protection policy releasing and enforcement increasing, the advantages of nuclear power in environment protection appears obviously and our country’s nuclear power begins to develop rapidly. Project management model have to coordinate the interests of all parties, regulate the behavior of the parties, ensure each stage of work project carrying on smoothly. The research of nuclear power project management model is of great significance to ensure the smooth implementation of nuclear power project and reduce the project cost.This thesis uses the method of combining theoretical analysis and empirical analysis. With combining with the study of the project management model theory and the specific nuclear power construction management model, it researches the relationship of project related party; Using the method of induction and comparison, it studies the similarities and differences,the advantages and disadvantages among the different nuclear power project construction management model of different countries. With some specific case, it analyzes the selection factors of nuclear power construction management model.The paper discusses the background and significance of the nuclear power construction management model research, and describes the research situation at home and abroad. Then, with the research and analysis of construction projects and project management theoretical basis and construction project management model, it clarifies the role of nuclear power construction management model in project management, and analyzes the characteristics and application scope of different construction management model; Starting from the study of foreign nuclear power project construction data, it analyzes the characteristics and similarities of the nuclear power construction model in different countries; it analyzes the the similarities and differences of domestic nuclear power project construction management model, and researches the stage characteristics of nuclear power development in our country, analyzes the factors of influenting the nuclear power construction management model.At last,it clarifies the choosing principle of nuclear power construction management model, and puts forward the management model which should be taken in the AP1000nuclear power project construction.
