With the rapid development of Chinese economy, especially after joining the WTO,foreign well-known beer enterprises continue to enter the Chinese market, Chinese beerindustry competition is becoming increasingly fierce, the Chinese beer enterprisesmanagement has put forward higher requirements, but also the Chinese beer enterprisesopportunities. Who can react quickly, who can completely implement the strategic businessdevelopment goals, who can be in competition environment to survive, and advancedperformance appraisal pattern is the enterprise strategy implementation foundation, is also theunity of enterprises of all staff toward the common goal of new belt, not only guarantees theenterprise strategic decision implementation, also can make all the staff know the direction ofthe development of enterprises and strive for it.Based on the Balanced Scorecard performance evaluation system is the strategic target ofthe enterprise conduction, can not only improve the comprehensive competitiveness ofenterprises, it is more important to the enterprise strategic objectives into tissue, frontlineemployees,makes the enterprise strategic target of real fall to the ground, the implementationand execution of hundred-percent.Based on the A beer company as a sample, analysis of A company performance existencequestion and the reason, and the use of Balanced Scorecard method from the financial,customer, internal process and learning development four aspects systematically for A beercompany’s strategic objectives decomposition, based on the company level assessment indexsystem design, the construction of a relatively perfect performance evaluation system, thedomestic beer company set up a complete strategy oriented performance appraisal model hascertain reference function.
