Electricity generally reflect that the cost of denitrification is too high, increasing business pressures, and to call for denitrification price. In order to improve denitrification fired power initiative, on November30,2011, National Development and Reform Commission announced that trial denitrification price policy,and0.8cents per kilowatt-hour increase to cover the incremental cost of denitrification. Then,0.8points of the denitrification price is reasonable or not? Can not fully subsidize the cost of the plant denitrification?This article analysis the necessiry of the proposed denitrification price from the theory of the Internalization of externalities,Then analysis the mechanism of NOx and influencing factors, and accordingly it, studies and compared the different denitrification process,then through the establishment of the projection pursuit model,analysis the main denitrification process with technical and economic compects, selects SCR DeNOx Technology. This paper considering the time value of money, according to the analysis net present value of the principle of technical and economic, established a model of denitrification based on net present value calculation, respectively, of1000MW,600MW and300MW of new construction or renovation of a typical unit price made a calculation of denitrification; The conclusion is:our country’s denitrification price of0.008yuan/kWh, can not fully compensate for denitrification costs; for different unit sizes and forms, denitrification price should be different; equipment costs and catalyst costs are the main project of fixed assets investment, the main part of the catalyst domestic R&D denitrification can greatly reduce the cost, and is the directions of denitrification technology for improvement in the future.
