This paper begins at the discussion of the problems about agricultural products processing enterprises in China, especially on the environmental performance evaluation area based on the construction of the "two-oriented society" as the starting point, drawing on western performance evaluation theory, basing on Management, Economics and the basic theory of agricultural products processing enterprises.
