In nowadays China, Millennial Employees has increasingly become the main force of the labor marketing, after Joined the enterprise, Millennial Employees shows some distinctive characteristics,such as Self centered, organizational commitment,unwilling to be b ounded,Compressive Competency,Keen to explore new things and so on, especially high mobility of Millennial Employees,make human resources management of enterprises to be confronted with hitherto unknown challenge,enterprises urgently need suitable management strategies and methods for the Millennial Employees.The paper take Millennial Employees as the object of study, based on the Career Management theory and Organizational behavior theory, construct the theory model of Millennial Employees’Career Competency,do empirical research on enterprises career^management and Mentoring program impact on Career Competency’s growing;Career Competency’s growing impact on Job performance and Organizational commitment;and Occupational values’regulatory effect on Career Competency and outcome variable.The results show that:Mentoring program and Career management play a positive promotion on the Career Competency’s growing of Millennial Employees, at the same time we can know that Career Competency’s growing play a positive promotion on Job performance and organizational commitment of the Millennial Employees;Further, for the pursuit of independence and social status of the Millennial Employees,the impact effect of Career Competency on organizational commitment is diminished.The paper extend the related research of the Career Competency, do empirical research on the antecedent variables and the outcome variables of the Career Competency;In practice not only contribute to the Millennial Employees’own development,but also. help enterprises to implement effective human resources management measures,take Career Competency’s growing as the core, to develop Millennial Employees’s career system,improve the management efficiency of the Millennial Employees.
