With the rapid economical development&continuously per capita GDP increasing, China’s position on the international economic stage becomes more and more important. To meet increasing demand on automotive from citizens, both international automotive manufacture enterprise and local OEMs set out long-term development strategy and build own local manufacture bases. Since different OEMs have different focus on supply chain, the components enterprises should make out smart supply chain strategy match with its own competition strategy due to its market position to OEMs.This topic takes example of current open issues during the process of implementing supply chain strategy in YH interior company known as one famous components enterprise in China. Based on current China automotive market and layout analysis, with knowledge supply chain and strategy management and other theories, this topic will discuss how to make out YH supply chain optimization plan.This paper is divided into five parts. In the introduction chapter, we will look through background, aim&method of this research and relevant theories and research status domestic and overseas. In the second chapter, in consideration of current China automotive industry regional layout, we will show current China automotive OEM and component supplies footprints and future plan. In the third chapter, we will state current shortage of YH supply chain on the basis of YH company current footprint, regional customers and product market position. In the fourth chapter, we will state the key point of this paper, which is YH regional supplier strategy. Under the direction of relevant theories and leverage on SWOT, we will analyze the strength and weakness, opportunity and threat of YH current supply chain and make out supply chain optimization plan fit to current status with significant meaning. In the last chapter, we will make conclusion of importance of suitable supply chain and require to adjust in time supply chain strategy, which is also good reference to relevant industry.
