Research On Influencing Factors And Countermeasures Of The Industry High-End Development Of Agriculture In Chengdu

Industry high-end is the trend of the development of the modern industry and the direction of the adjustment of the structure. It can greatly promote the economic development level and promote the optimization of industrial structure. Chengdu city has put forward agricultural high-end industry and industry high-end development in order to speed up the construction of modern country agricultural demonstration area as well as to make the firm foundation of the modern world garden city. At present, the modern agriculture industry system with the characteristics of agricultural high-end industry and industry high-end development has not formed in Chengdu. This research mainly analyzes the influencing factors of the industry high-end development of agriculture in Chengdu, and then, shows some references to promote agricultural industry’s high-end development in this city.In order to study the influencing factors and countermeasures of the industry high-end development of agriculture in Chengdu, firstly, this paper has defined the connotation and basic characteristics of the industry high-end development of agriculture by collecting relevant researches and literatures. This paper has also finished the relevant economic theories about the industry high-end development of agriculture, those theories mainly including leading technical changes theory, value chain theory, brand positioning theory and the sustainable development theory, which make theoretical and practical significance of the industry high-end development of agriculture. Secondly, this paper has analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the promotion of the industry high-end development of agriculture in Chengdu based on the city’s present situation of agricultural industry’s high-end development. Among them, the favorable conditions has included that agricultural resources are unique, foundation of industrial development is good, those basic installations in agricultural match well each other,and construction of agricultural servicing system makes a progress. The restricting factors has included that the concept needs to be updated, agricultural high-tech innovation and application level is low, the agricultural products processing rate is low, the market development level is low and the brand construction are relatively weak. Thirdly, this paper has conducted a qualitative analysis on the influencing factors of the industry high-end development of agriculture in Chengdu. Fourthly, this paper has used nine related index dates from1993to2010in Chengdu to analyze the influencing factors of the industry high-end development of agriculture by using the factor analysis method. With the premise of minimizing the loss of information, the9primitive indexes has be simplified as three factors of competitive factor, the value added factor and potential factor. Finally, this paper has put forward countermeasures of promoting the industry high-end development of agriculture in Chengdu based on the key factors, enhancing the development of high and new technology, the agricultural high-end market in the high-end links, high-end market of agricultural products and agricultural service system construction in good policy environment.
