Then puts forward eight measures list as follow:to construct the pepper as the representative of the agricultural product logistics center; from the reasonable layout, scientific research, policy development, improving the pepper production capacity; around the order and inventory management; as the transport infrastructure investment and transportation cost is considered to relies reasonable transportation; advocate using information technology to build the core competitiveness and visibility of pepper, proposing the establishment of procurement standards and the choice of mode of procurement; advice from government pricing, scientific production and insurance policy pricing management to optimize pepper; offering from increasing investment in scientific research and technical promotion to the development of deep processing of pepper. Finally the conclusion is that the pepper supply chain optimization in Neijiang is a systematic, long-term process.
