| As a new organization, industry association and chamber of commerce have got more and more attention. It is one of the hot points which attract many modern scholars. Its development and maturity will have a great influence on the economy of our county. At present, some scholars have paid attention to how to stimulate its development, consummate its function, and similar aspect, and research how to enhance the efficiency of its development and exert its function through management, on the basis of the increasing perfect basic theory of industry association and chamber of commerce. This text researches industry association and chamber of commerce form the aspect of knowledge sharing of management, and select the industry association and chamber of commerce in Jang men as samples to conduct an empirical study.This article uses the research achievements of related scholars for reference, combines the theory of industry association and chamber of commerce and the actual situation of the samples, on the basic of the conclusion and summary of the influences that affect knowledge sharing in and between organizations according to relating scholars in order to design effective indicators of the influence factors which affect knowledge sharing. The index system contains five indicators on the first level:organizational structure, sharing system, sharing environment, the traits of the participators, knowledge characteristics, and the relating indicators on the second level. The text collects data trough many methods of empirical research such as questionnaire, interview. Then uses statistics software spss16.0to analyze the empirical data, draws the relating conclusions and verifies the previous hypothesis. Finally, the article brings forwards some countermeasures and suggestions towards how to carry knowledge sharing trough more effectively for industry association and chamber of commerce at the present stage. |
