Research On Collaboration Platform Of Agricultural Products Supply Chain

China is a large agricultural country. As the primary industry, agriculture is the basis for other industries. For nine consecutive years since2004, China has released the State Council No.l document on the " Problems about Agriculture, Rural area and Peasantry " issues indicating that agriculture is the top priority of the social and economic development. Agricultural information reflects the requirements of the development of advanced productive forces, and is an important measure to improve the international competitiveness of China’s agricultural products. Currently China’s development is in the transition from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture. As a developing country, China should seize the opportunity to take advantage of late-development to enjoy the results of the World Agricultural Information, and speed up the modernization of agriculture through the construction of agricultural information process.With the deepening of liberalization and globalization, the network trend is increasingly evident on agricultural supply chain management. The market demands on agricultural production, processing and distribution became higher than before. How to build an effective supply chain from producer to consumer, reduce logistics costs as well as help the agricultural products successfully to market has become one of the important issues of agricultural development in China. Agricultural supply chain collaboration platform as the nerve center of the agricultural supply chain management and operation of the process can speed up agricultural industrialization and the development of information technology in China. Providing a basis for decision making and constructive guidance for the effective functioning of the agricultural information management. Connecting the circulation of agricultural products with network information management, laying the foundation for enterprises to use the Web of Things, and at the same time promoting China’s agricultural products and further integration into the global supply chain.The paper first reviews the literature on the domestic and international supply chain management. Then expounded the theory of agricultural products supply chain, fourth-party logistics and some technical support for the platform. Functions and modules of the agricultural supply chain collaboration platform has been designed on the basis of analysis of current situation and existing problems of China’s agricultural products supply chain. As the erection of the platform requires a lot of money, labor and material resources, government funding and policy support is very necessary.
