A Research On The Evaluation Of Agriculture Integration Leading Enterprises’ Technology Innovation Ability In China

The agriculture industrialization leading enterprises are the backbone and the pillar ofthe agricultural industrialization, which can push forward our country transform fromtraditional agriculture to modem agriculture effectively. Technological innovation is thekey to promote the agricultural industry leading enterprises’ core competitiveness. Inrecent years, the government gives a lot of support to agriculture leading enterprises, andintroduces many related preferential policies, and right now we faces a choice that is howto define and evaluate the agriculture leading enterprise. This paper studies on how toevaluate technology innovation capacity of the agriculture leading enterprises. Based onthe theory of the core competitiveness and technology innovation theory, referred to thegeneral technical innovation capability evaluation index system, this study construct thecharacteristic agricultural industrial enterprise technology innovation ability evaluationindex system. At the same time, this paper selects representative’s ten leading enterpriseswhich are in Anhui to make empirical analysis, and compares the evaluation results of twoindex systems, we find the distinctiveness index will affect the evaluation results greatly.This conclusion has some guiding significance for the government to choose policy. Inaddition, this paper also discusses how to construct the agricultural enterprise technologyinnovation ability dynamic monitoring system preliminary, and gives some suggestions.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is an introduction, it mainly elaborated the background, the significance,the methods and technical route of this research, and it reviewed and summarized theprevious research which laid the foundation for further study at the same time.The second part, mainly expounds the concept, the function and the content of thetechnology innovation ability, and summarizes some related content of agriculturalindustrialization and agriculture leading enterprise, which provides a basis for belowresearch.The third part constructs the characteristic agricultural industrial leading enterprisetechnology innovation ability evaluation index system which is consisted of the generalenterprise technology innovation ability evaluation index system and the driving abilityindex, and selects factor analysis as this paper’s analysis method through the contrastanalysis.The fourth part is the empirical analysis, this paper use analysis software SPSS16.0to make an empirical analysis of the samples, the analysis results show that it will cause bigeffect when the characteristic index were added. This suggests that the index system whichis constructed by this paper is more targeted, and can work better for enterprise,government and investors.The fifth part discusses how to construct and operate an. This paper put forward thatthe agriculture enterprise technology innovation ability dynamic monitoring system shouldconsisted by the agricultural enterprise, government technology department, the third-partyevaluation institutions and the evaluation result release institutions.The sixth part is to put forward some countermeasures that can promote agriculturalenterprise innovation capability evaluation more scientific which for the enterprise,evaluation institutions and government. Enterprises should strengthen understanding, andactively cooperate with evaluation; Evaluation institutions should actively explore,strengthen self-discipline; Government should strengthen the supervision, and cultivatescientific evaluation system.The innovations of this paper mainly reflected in three aspects: The first is puttingforward that the agriculture enterprise technology innovation ability evaluation is differentfrom the general enterprise, pointing that the driving ability index should included. Thesecond is using factor analysis to evaluate the agriculture leading enterprise technologyinnovation ability, and suggesting that we can judgment the agriculture leading enterprisetechnology innovation ability condition through the result of an order. The third is that thispaper suggests constructing an agricultural enterprise technology innovation abilitydynamic monitoring system, points that we should speed up the training of the third-partyevaluation institutions, and establish a related nationwide database through the governmenttechnology department’s data collection at the same time.
