First, this paper introduces the research background, research purpose and significance of this study, the understanding of small and medium-sized enterprise incentive application of internal and external environment and the specific utility; Again used the literature method in this paper, the talent selection, employee training, compensation management and performance management of human resources management theory, and expounds the maslow’s hierarchy of needs, herzberg’s two-factor theory, expectancy theory and incentive theory, and analyzes the characteristics of small and medium-sized pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises.
