Nowadays with the development of the enterprise market competition, Human resources, as the talents throughout one enterprise, is the most important aspect in today’s social competition. With the rapid development of China’s road and bridge industry in recent years, there is a gradual increase in the importance of human resources. With the modern enterprise system development, the new students into the company and other employed staff, has more demand to motivation. From the experience of changing and improving China’s economic system, the human resource optimization can promote the management of Chinese enterprises level and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. Thus, how to improve our human resource management and how to enhance our employees’enthusiasm, creativity, etc. have an important impact on China’s economic development.The object of the thesis is the Nan qiao Company, of which the human resource department is relatively independent. How to conduct a rational allocation of limited resources, how to make full use of human resources, and how to drive the core competitiveness of human resources are the main contents of this thesis. The article divided the inspirit system into three main parts -basic needs, senior needs and feedback needs. And then it found many problems in the company, such as the low utilization of human resource, the need to further adjust the personnel structure, the lack of experience and professional qualification certificates of younger workforce, the brain drain and so on. After a questionnaire survey of some of the staff in the company, the thesis found that the staff training in the company is inadequate, the payroll and welfare measures do not reach their expectation, the staff bear too much working pressure, and their career planning needs to be strengthened.Finally, based on the theories mentioned before, this paper is to analyze the optimization and improvements which the Nan qiao company can adopt for its human resources system from three aspects:basic needs, senior needs, and feedback needs. And it requires the synchronization of the guarantee mechanisms in its system construction. According to the research of this thesis, the conclusion can contribute to the gradual development of the company to a technology-intensive enterprise. As the result, it can promote the development of modern architectural industries, and enhance the international competitiveness of Chinese enterprises with its long-term and stable development.
