Along with complex economic background, innovation capacity of enterprises has become an important indicator to measure enterprise development and competitiveness. However, the traditional business innovation model can not adapt to the rapid development of economic structure, the simple pursuit of the exploitative innovation and exploratory innovation can not offer enough innovation competitiveness to the enterprises. Enterprises should have the ability of ambidexterity innovation combines exploitative innovation and exploratory innovation, only in this way, can the enterprises adapt to rapidly changing external economic environment changes. In terms of dual innovation and operational mechanism, the enterprise is facing a severe test. Among the majority of previous studies, scholars have mainly done some macro research focus on the ambidexterity innovation concept, classification, the relationship of ambidexterity innovation ability and firm performance, and other issues.In the process of operating mechanism of business ambidexterity innovation research, give more detailed definition of two ambidexterity innovation abilities, Explore the time relationship between the life cycle of a single product line enterprise and exploitative innovation and exploratory innovation of ambidexterity innovation, find out the assumptions of two innovations input change in the life cycle at different stages and the relationship between corporate performance, capital accumulation and innovative capital. Finally, the Dagang fingers Group of Tianjin Binhai New Area, for example, through the integration of information and data analysis, do case verification for the above exploratory assumptions and provide some relevant recommendations to fingers Group’s future development.
