Research On Recreational Value Evaluation Of Yellow Crane Tower Park In Wuhan

The scarcity of tourism resource is more and more obvious with the increasing tourism demand. However, for a long time, because of non-exclusive, non-competitive, difficult to monetize and other characteristics, the value of tourism resources is not very clear in the development process, which cause that the whole development market of is irregular,and lead to enormous waste of tourism resources and the serious destruction to tourism environment, this seriously hindered the development of the tourism industry. Therefore, it is particularly important to establish management system of tourism resources asset-like and value rationalization mechanism, what is more, accounting and assessment of leisure values is very necessary, and then we set up reasonable strategy of tourism development, to ensure the sustainable development of tourism industry.In the paper, we know the leisure values concept and connotation, and summarize the theories and methods of evaluation of leisure by analyzing the domestic and international researches, On this basis, constructed the classification system on economic value and analyzed the impact factors of leisure values of Yellow Crane Tower Park in Wuhan, taking it as an example, establish evaluation system on leisure values of cultural and historical tourism resources.According to the historical and cultural characteristics of cultural and historical tourism resources of Yellow Crane Tower Park in Wuhan, make a research on the tourist market by analyzing statistical data analysis and questionnaire survey, on the basis, account leisure values by means of recreation cost method and income capitalization method, the results show that leisure values is annually between250and280million in Yellow Crane Tower Park, which is far bigger than real income therefore, Leisure values have not been making full use of, and need to be developed further.At last, make a comparison between leisure values and real income of Yellow Crane Tower Park in2011,and find out the reasons for the differences,and put forward the following measures:put up to the perfect management system of price and improve the tourism product system, develop the special tourism commodity and strengthen the protection of the scenic resources and environment, in order to provide the basis for further development and more perfect management on tourist resources of Yellow Crane Tower Park in Wuhan.
