In recent years, with economic development the aquatic products processing enterprisesand the professional aquatic products logistics service enterprises development havedeveloped quickly in China. In the past, most of aquatic products processing enterprises arebelong to the small and medium-sized enterprises. Due to their understanding of the logisticsoutsourcing is not clearly enough they lost the experience of the logistics outsourcingdecision-making. In the increasingly fierce market competition environment, aquatic productprocessing SMEs must not be blind to the logistics outsourcing or self-logistics, and thecorrect approach is to according to their own resources and operating characteristics andadvantages to determine the logistics outsourcing. At present, aquatic product processingSMEs how to make logistics outsourcing decisions and maximize the reduction of logisticsoutsourcing risk is a critical issue.In this paper, we are focusing on aquatic product processing SMEs in the logisticsoutsourcing decision-making through some research methods about literature research, fieldsurvey and model analysis. Firstly, we analyze the development of the aquatic productprocessing SMEs logistics outsourcing, which including the current situation of the aquaticproduct processing SMEs and the aquatic product processing SMEs logistics outsourcing, andthe logistics development problems of aquatic product processing SMEs logistics outsourcingdecision-making. Secondly, we analyze the impact factors of logistics outsourcingdecision-making. This part includes corporate external factors and internal factors, and thecost factor is the weakness lies in the aquatic product processing SMEs in logisticsoutsourcing decision. Thirdly, we analyze the logistics activities changes and cost structure inthe aquatic product processing SMEs logistics activities the front and rear of the logisticsoutsourcing. Then we establish aquatic product processing SMEs logistics outsourcingdecision model which including aquatic product processing SMEs logistics outsourcing needsanalysis and the cost of the logistics outsourcing decision analysis and the value at riskanalysis of the logistics outsourcing. Finally, we verify SME logistics outsourcing decisionmodel through Tengda aquatic products processing enterprises, and we hope that this researchcan play a certain reference to logistics outsourcing decision-making process of China’saquatic product processing SMEs.
