The deepening of economic globalization today, the focus of competition between enterprises gathered in the use of human resources development. Human resources to support sustainable development of enterprises as strategic forces, human resource management functions from day to day management of the rise of strategic management is an important part. Therefore, hotel companies how to design a scientific and rational compensation system to attract, motivate the hotel staff is a key development strategy of the hotel work. Especially by the global financial crisis, the increasingly competitive hotel industry, more and more serious internal problems, the most obvious is the star talent crisis. Effective compensation management can not only resolve this crisis, can also stimulate the staffs enthusiasm and initiative, to improve enterprise efficiency, therefore, has also been a growing number of hotel industry’s attention and concern.In this paper, Jiangsu star hotel, for example, incentive compensation based on the theory of practical research, by adjusting the salary structure, enhance the value-oriented pay and incentives;through visits to research, enhance communication, strengthen the system of pay equity, fairness and enforceability; star hotel in Jiangsu Province to determine the line status of the pay system, increased channel widening employees:introduced the concept of performance year on year, to pay all employees linked to the overall performance of the hotel, star hotel in Jiangsu Province proposed pay system optimization design of specific programs. Finally, the analysis of this remuneration system design deficiencies, specifically the next focus of the study, this article on the current star hotel in Jiangsu Province, sustainable development and in other parts of the hotel industry with some practice and learn.
