With the continuous development of the times, further deepening of economic globalization, the production and dissemination of knowledge of human resources has replaced capital became an important strategic resource. As in social production factors of production in the most active and creative, the most valuable elements of the economic development of human resources is an important core resources. Development and deployment of human resources has become a business decision whether the good development of the key factors in this one, the optimal allocation of human resources is human resources management in the core. The hotel is the service industry, an important basic industries, is an important growth point of national economic growth. As a four-star hotel in a small city, the age structure of XX managers and workers are facing four-star hotel is too large, there is a structural fault, management personnel, lack of service personnel and other issues, is impeding the development of an important reason for the hotel directly impact of hotel development. Therefore, the study XX four-star hotel human resource allocation problems and propose effective solutions meaning is very important.In this paper, the theory of human resources and human resource allocation as the basis for analysis of the XX four-star hotel development history, current development status quo of human resources and human resource allocation environment. Finally, the conditions put forward specific measures to safeguard optimization XX four-star hotel and the implementation of human resources programs and initiatives.Firstly, the introduction of this article, including the background, significance, literature review, research topics and research methods.
