Research On The Appropriate Industry Income GAP Of Zhejiang Province

The trend of widening income gap caused widespread concern in the society, and the wage level differences between different industries in China has also become the outstanding problems. The statistics showed that from1990to2010, the gap of the highest and the lowest per capita wage was widened to4.2times from1.29times in first. The presence of industry income gap is inevitable, and a reasonable industry income gap can also serve to improve work efficiency, promote the industry development, but when the unreasonable industry income gap appearing, it will bring a negative impact to the development of economy and society. Therefore, it is essential to research the appropriate of industry income gap. In this article, based on the theoretical analysis of the appropriate industry income gap measurement, we comprehensively evaluate the moderate condition of Zhejiang industry income gap, definitely know the warning interval that Zhejiang industry income gap located in by building an early warning model and forecast its moving trend in the future, so that we can predict the immoderate state in advance.The article is divided into seven chapters, the first chapter is an introduction, mainly pointed out the background and significance of the thesis topics, the research status at home and abroad, and introduced the main content and research framework of this essay. The second chapter introduced the connotation and criteria of the appropriate industry income gap, built a comprehensive evaluation index system and explored the measurement methods. The third chapter is the core part of this article, on the basis of theoretical analysis in the second chapter, we collected relevant statistical data, empirical analyzed and evaluated comprehensively the appropriate industry income gap of Zhejiang province. The forth chapter elaborated the main factors that affect the moderation, built econometric model to analyze the influence degree of various factors. The fifth chapter established the monitoring and early-warning system of the appropriate industry income gap from prediction and early-warning aspects. The sixth chapter specifically did forecast and early-warning research of Zhejiang appropriate industry income gap. After analyzing the moderation status and future trends of Zhejiang industry income disparity, the seventh chapter proposed some policies to control the industry income gap into the moderate range, as well as conducted the future research prospects.According to the empirical analysis, we draw the following main conclusions:1. Various types of evaluation indices between Zhejiang industry income gap and economic and social coordinated development turns that from1990to2010, Zhejiang industry income gap generally showed a gradual expansion trend, while evaluation indices Zhejiang coordinated economic and social development indicator group presented a linear rising trend, which described that in these years Zhejiang overall economic and social development trend was good. And from the prediction results in the next few years, we could find various evaluation indices of Zhejiang industry income gap and coordinated economic and social development will continue to maintain a steady increasing trend.2. The article selected1990-2010data in Zhejiang Province to measure the moderation of industry income disparity. The empirical results showed that except individual static suitability evaluation indices were in mildly inappropriate status in1993, in moderately appropriate status in1994and1996, in the rest years, they both showed a good moderate status, and fluctuated between good appropriate and high-quality appropriate status. From the view of dynamic suitability evaluation indices, except in1992-1994they fluctuated acutely, in the other years they presented a steady upward trend, and after1997, the dynamic development track were generally in good appropriate and high-quality appropriate status.The results of the short-term forecast indicated that in the next five years, the appropriate state of various systems between Zhejiang industry income gap and economic and social coordinated development will keep in high quality appropriate region, and various appropriate evaluation index basic poised to raise trend.3. The result of regression analysis on Zhejiang appropriate industry income gap influence factors showed that industry monopoly level, industry human capital level, industry labor productivity and industry openness all have the different degrees of positive effects on the moderation of Zhejiang industry income gap. The most significant effect was industry labor productivity, and the impact intensity of industry monopoly level was weakest.4. The forecast result of various types appropriate evaluation indices of Zhejiang industry income gap showed that in the next five years they all presented a rising development trend in general, and would be in best appropriate status. The single index warning result showed that the early warning alarm degree of Zhejiang industry income gap various types appropriate evaluation indices had a consistent trend in1992-2015, in addition to individual years, the early warning status was serious, most of the year warning status fluctuated between light warning region and none warning region, and in the next five years Zhejiang industry income gap would be in a reasonable limits, various types of appropriate evaluation index were in none warning status. The comprehensive index warning analysis results showed that in addition to particular years, they performed less than ideal, the alarm degree of Zhejiang appropriate industry income gap run in the light warning status and none warning status. In next five years, moderation comprehensive early warning indices F(CS)、 F(Csi)、F(CS2)、 F(Cs3)、 F(Cs4) has been in none warning status, this result is consistent with the single indicator warning.The article may have three innovative points:in the first place, we clearly defined the meaning and measurement standard of the appropriate industry income gap, which lays a foundation for the further study. In the second place, we built a set of industry income gap moderation evaluation index system, to make up for the deviation caused by using only a few indicators to measure. Using factor analysis and the membership function model to measure the moderate evaluation index has certain science and operability, so that the empirical results are more persuasive. Thirdly, both from the theoretical analysis and empirical application to build the monitoring and early-warning mechanism of the appropriate industry income gap, so that we can predict reasonablely the warning degree suitation of the appropriate industy income gap.
